How often are you in need of running in excess of 2500? Really long hose runs?
I use 2500 5.5gpm for concrete now with a 16" surface cleaner and it does ok. My old 4gpm, 3500 psi machine cleaned a lot better. Also I think the psi helps with height when washing tall houses. I use 250 or more of hose. Actually less now because they keep blowing and I keep fixing them. Lol

I like higher pressure on concrete. If the hard troweled surface is cracking , or if it’s still got that new concrete gray cream coat, I’ll swap out my tips for 2500 psi. But, usually it’s not a big deal.

What surface cleaner do you use and with how many nozzles?
20" w/2 nozzle or 24" w/ 3-nozzle.
