I am about to pull the pin on EDDM. If you get a minute, can you expound on your comments about long term & multiple mailings?

This is good to know because I had the Chiefs program advertising people call wanting to charge $2500+ to get in the programs. Something felt a little off about the whole deal.

A-freakinā€™-men! Yelp is AWFUL! Yelp and Thumbtack donā€™t work for meā€¦

HomeAdvisor works like gangbusters for me though. Iā€™m about as big of a fan of HomeAdvisor as youā€™ll find.

The people who complain about HA Iā€™ve found fall in one of these categories:

  1. They donā€™t know how to use it.
  2. They prefer ā€œcheaperā€ marketing methods (I.e. Thumbtack) and get what they pay for.
  3. Are just following the lead of other naysayers without experience of actually using it. (ā€œHave you used it?ā€ ā€œWell noā€¦ butā€¦ the internetā€¦ā€)
  4. Already have all the business they can handle from growing a legitimate business via tried and true marketing methods.

money out money inā€¦ as soon as 1 job came in on those cards they were all paid for. How many more jobs could you of had with 490 more leads floating around ?

Way more than I could do. Iā€™m booked out about 4 years now so Iā€™m not missing the cards :slight_smile:
