Best pliers you'll ever own and other wizardry

No I used improper bushings like a dummy. The reels are new. No problems yet

Bought this box in 1985 and started my tool collecting. It really does take years to accumulate everything you need. What’s so bad is that I have an even larger one at home. The wife can’t wrap her mind around that, but I have three sons so they will be set for tools when I shuffle off this mortal coil…

I too bought that $15 angle grinder from them years ago and expected it to just get me through one medium-sized project. If it croaked on me I knew I would have got my money out of it. It never died after years and years of hard abuse. I didn’t go buy 5 like you bought the 3 more I picked up can carry all the disks I would ever need.

Finally got to watch it. Emma said, “why’s he making fun of you?”

Had to explain my 20 minute videos. Lol she doesn’t care a lick about pressure washing, tools, or YouTube.

When I was a carpenter $50 of every job went to buying more clamps. Can never have enough and they’re always getting used.

I don’t own Milwaukee grinders. Makita and Metabo makes the best grinders, but if you’re not running one 8 hours a day every day in an industrial setting probably not worth spending a couple hundred on.

I have two Ryobi grinders because I like the trigger a lot. I did just buy the Hercules (Harbor Freights attempt at the professional market) because of a tool tear down video that showed how it was built and the internals were machined just like DeWalt. I’ll find the link. Super interesting. Haven’t run it yet, but I’m like you… switch disks and wire brush cups is a pain.

It’s a fun cult. Kinda like Peter Pan and the lost boys.

Ridgid and Milwaukee have the same engineers now. Both are managed by parent company TTI.

@Innocentbystander the trigger and handle rotate. Love it. It’s a lot nicer to use than grinders with a toggle switch in my opinion

Makes Rigid an even better deal. I get the 10% veteran’s discount and wait until they are on sale. They do stand behind the warranty too. I had a bad chuck on the drill and got a new one in about 3 days.

Your asking an awful lot of a guy who carries directions in his lunch box on how to put a video in youtube and then put it in the internet.

You already did the hard part… Now all ya have to do is hold the phone correctly. When I go to FL this winter ill stop buy NC on the way, install the toilets and show you how to use your phone…

Ha, i forgot it was you i was talking about the toilets with. I’ve found it best to just be rude to everyone right out the gate so there are no preconceived notions before meeting me. Most are pleasantly surprised though lol. @Steve showed me a video of my new hero

We have a new hero? Can he replace Don Rickles?

I can’t find it. A guy with a mustache from a show about parks. Funny stuff
