Chicken on lump charcoal with slices of onions shoved inside, then a beer can under and a plug in the neck to keep the steam in. Flavorful and Juicy as can be.

That’s a waste of charcoal and onion
A waste of charcoal is when we were invited to a bbq but once there found out the host was vegan and all the fake meat was made from soy.
I had to suddenly leave to “take care of an emergency” unfortunately.
