@SchertzServicesLLC or @Harold I ordered the spare remotes you gave the link to, but they came with no instructions. Any chance you have some instructions for pairing the remotes? And @SchertzServicesLLC is it possible to go ahead and pair one of them along with the one you provided? Just would like to have one ready to go in case something happens to the one you provided, but I don’t want to cause any issues with that one.

There is a program button in the black box. You push and hold it for 5 seconds then hold the A button on the remote. I wouldn’t program a second until you need it as it only takes a second. The button is on the top right of the computer board. It will be a little hard to open the lid of the box. They are designed to be shut tight. Earlier models I was making it too easy for them to open.
