Yep, homeowner removes them. If they have a deluxe window package we softwash the screens as well for another few bucks. We actually recommend they remove them even for a housewash, if they want the window tracks to flush out better…

Roof cleaning is an entirely different thing that siding/concrete. We warranty roof cleans for 7 years, even here. But the most anyone is going to make it without getting the siding done is 3 years (unless they just don’t care at all), most need it every 2, and some annually.

Oh man that would never fly here. 90% of the screens are stuck in solid (warped window sashes) and many customers are ‘pensioners’ as the brits call them.

Zero chance I’d risk removing them either then, lol

It takes skill, been doing this a long time. Not every screen survives.
