Anyone Else Getting This?

No kidding? What’s a 55er go for? It’d take me five years to go through that much! Anybody know what the shelf life is like? Stored inside and cool of course.

Last I checked it was $1,450. It ships freight out of South Dakota. To my address it was another 200 to ship.

You can even get it in 275 gallon totes.

Wow. I couldn’t even imagine needing to order that much but I’m sure there’s someone out there who has and maybe even lived to tell the story.

I’m assuming 5gal? I’d want something smaller. I’ve thought of stopping by the pool supplier to see if they have any leftover shock tablet buckets. They’re usually much smaller but could easily hold 5lbs.

Perfect. That’s very similar to the pool store ones. I’ll see if they have any and if not I’ll just order one of those. Thanks man

No worries

I double bag with ziplock it by the pound and put in a random dog treat container that fits on the shelf.

I use some containers I got to hold powder coating powder. They only hold 2 lbs but that’s 4 gallons worth. I think they were from Eastwood. They might have larger containers too.

Ok wait. You guys are handling and breathing this stuff without PPE? I thought my lungs were going to collapse.

I love how compact that is. I could slip a couple of those in the toolbox no problem.

I like that to I bet I could put all my different chems in those and just stick them neatly in 1 bucket. I love it when a plan comes together

They have 16 oz containers that are quite a bit smaller. Those would be nice because you wouldn’t even half to measure. Just dump half of it in your pump up or bucket and you’re good to go.

You should try spray hydrofluoric or muratic acid.

Did you breath in some over spray? What did you mix it in? Was it a previously used bucket or pump sprayer?

It was my plastic window cleaning bucket, totally dry and clean. Warm water, followed directions (can’t remember ratio…1/2 cup?) the fumes started soon as I mixed in the water. My throat closed instantly, had to walk away so I could breathe. It wasn’t the dust, actual fumes.

It wasnt clean do t mix things in other chem buckets buy good food grade buckets. Yes it’s a expenses but compared to the cost of the hospital bill pennies
