Ive been using bidslot for about 8 months. I’ve had multiple people say lately they left multiple messages and never received a call back. I’ve had a couple times where they sent me someone else’s lead. I’ve had people call and talk to someone, but then I never got the email. They’ve made quite a few mistakes but missing so many calls from my clients made me start doing all the answering myself again. Overall, it’s less mess to clean up
I’m on a ladder most of the day so my voicemail simply states an apology and I will get back to them soon as I’m able.
There definitely not perfect, I’ve had a few issues but nothing g we couldn’t work through.
Now they do an instant chat which is nice and clears up some of the miscommunication
