A couple of Parking garages we just did

For 26 years we have been cleaning Parking Facilities to EPA specifications to reclaim and filtration.

Just finished a Parking Structure. Had over 10,000 pieces of gum. Garage took us just 15 hours to clean, but the gum took another 24 hours. Tried with smaller washers, but they was just too slow to remove this gum.

I’ve got an opportunity to bid on a 400,000 sq ft parking garage. Would love to but, don’t know where to start.

Give me a call, I will help you

Jim Gamble I don’t have your number. Can you message me your number?

Can you give me any information on the Swabby 48???

I can tell you this…The creator of the Swabby 48 has retired. The best you can do is by a used one if you can find one.

What was once reserved for another place, I will be happy to offer to PWRA.

For any guys who may need help in Parking Garage Cleaning with Filtration, please give me a call…I will try to help you.

How would you feel about starting a thread to help us figure out the basics, like how to get those jobs, basic equipment (JohnT has already helped with that quite a bit), etc.

Also, would any of you parking garage guys be interested in some labor for learning?

Garage Cleaning we are definitely interested in learning! What advice could you extend? We are interested in parking garage contracts (how to acquire long term contracts, operations help, etc.).

Thanks!

Anyone have any updates as to a machine similar to the swabby if that is no longer in production or alternatives to the turbo twister? I am looking for a surface cleaner with motor driven bars or at least appropriate swivels for me to make my own. Currently doing about 3 million square feet a year of parking garages and looking to increase speed and efficiency.

Google it lots of information with sites

I have been looking without much success. I can find the swabby on outdated sites and the turbo twister is much the same. Maybe I’m googling the wrong terms so if you have anything in specific I can look for it would be appreciated

I found nothing on Google or bing. The website for the company on an old pwi thread is no good anymore

That’s pretty much what I found. I did talk to a guy out of California who said he builds machines similar to the swabby and I am waiting on more info but other than that, haven’t found much.

please post them

Thanks. That’s for a swabby. I may be wrong but i think he is looking for one of the walk behind ones they use to advertise for tennis courts.
