Of course these subjects would improve my businessā€¦ but whatā€™s the catch?

Creating obstacles for your competition?

Just go ahead and throw that one out. Plenty of other good content there. Paying attention to industry competitors has itā€™s place, but creating obstacles for them isnā€™t it.

Agreed. Thereā€™s plenty of work for everyone. And you gotta focus on your business. I heard a podcast once where the guy said if you chase two rabbits youā€™ll catch neither.

Iā€™m arriving Wednesday. Really looking forward to it.

Congrats on the new kidā€¦ Maybe youā€™ll luck out and the baby will be born on your wifeā€™s birthday. My wife and daughters birthday is the 17th as well. I credit it to my exceptional math and biology skills .
I used the 10\10 planā€¦ Count back 10 months and relentlesly chase the wife around 10 times an hour for 10 daysā€¦ The only bad part is once you give the wife a kid for her birthday, it is hard to out do that nextā€¦

You have to be at the convention to hear them!

Read the class description and I think youā€™ll change your mind.
Mike is a super nice and ethical guy with a provocative class title.

Can you really afford to miss it?

Iā€™m kind of sticking my nose in on this. I have been to many conventions in NOLA over the years. BE CAREFUL! I have had a friend robbed and pistol whipped walking back the Marriott across from the convention center from the Quarter. NOLA is a fascinating city with a rich history but it also has a significant criminal element that preys on visitors. Donā€™t go anywhere alone at night and stay to the major streets. That short cut might cost you your life. I am not being dramatic it is a daily event on that city. I hope you all have fun and learn a lot just be careful when you are out and about.

Yeah. New Orleans is a pit. I was competing at the armed forces wrestling championships A LONG time ago and they wouldnā€™t even let us stay on base. They put us up on the far side of that super long bridge on the other side of Lake Ponchartrain.

My girlfriendā€™s cousin will be finishing a kayak trip down the Mississippi, coincidentally, at the same time so Iā€™ll be hanging out with him and her Aunt after the educational stuff is over.

It is a pit. I like Motherā€™s, great food and lots of USMC memorabilia. The Quarter is fun the first time you go, after that itā€™s just a place with bars that smells bad (like sour milk) unless you go right after a good rain. The Columnā€™s is a great bar to sit on the veranda and drink bourbon with a good cigar. Yep, that about coverā€™s it. If youā€™ve never been there is a lot of great history and restaurantā€™s but itā€™s just not my cup of tea.

Awww cheers chris. The wheels fell off my life recently so Iā€™ve been hiding under a rock and keeping quiet.

Still mad keen to come to the states and ride a bike around the country meeting all my internet buddies. Really want to come to a huge conventionā€¦ sorry it couldnā€™t be this year.

Iā€™ll be there some time tho!
