So I thought I knew a thing or two about pressure washing. I’ve done several homes (never a roof) that Ive owned. Ive owned a pressure washer for 20 years. I realize I know how to wash crap off with high pressure only. So much more to it.
I just purchased a Pressure pro 4k psi 4gpm belt drive with cat pump and a 13hp Honda. I have an extendable pole and an 18" surface cleaner on the way. Its actaully all on the way. I ordered it all yesterday. I ordered an x jet m5 too because it seems simple to get ratios down and save chems since I and not planning to use a tank.
After seeing this area ravaged by Harvey I see opportunity all around. I have about 15 hours of reading this forum so far. Glad to find this resource

Cancel the order on the extendable pole. You’ll use it once and retire it. Buy a downstream injector and a M5DS nozzle instead. Will shoot a lot higher than you can with that pole.
That’s a great little machine. I’ve got one just like it and it’s a little workhorse even though I don’t use it a lot these days, it’s nice to have.
