Xjet or strong down stream?

We grabbed this job at the beginning of winter and might have uncharged a bit but we stand by our word so we will be proceeding… the building is 95% dryvit and some brick. Planned on x-jetting it and roof mix on heavy staining but that could be a lot of chem depending on how much staining we get… any other ideas? (One image was edited as it had a picture of a client who we did not have permission to picture)

What exactly is your question? are you just asking if it’s a good idea to x-jet and use roof mix?

Sorry after rereading it wasnt very clear. That was my idea, but the question if anybody thinks a strong ds would even touch it. I know dryvit is tough some times

I would x-jet the whole thing. A strong ds probably won’t touch it but you can try. SH is cheap. Time, not so much.

If you do try to ds I would start off with that because if you used an x-jet for the bottom nastiest area you may be left with a very distinct line. Unless you’re working on some pretty slim profit margins You should be fine especially if you already calculated using more SH than you would if it were vinyl.

Definitely x-jet. And quit undercharging. Now they are going to expect that price every time.

Profit margin is still there. Theyre responsible for getting the lift. 3 guys 2 days done deal… I dont know if i necessarily under charged them but i know there was more room in there.

It happens. I’m like you, I stick with my word on pricing even if I wish I would have charged more and I will always finish what I start. Worst case you get some experience and know better what to charge next time.
