Asphalt sealers need this washed before they start spraying any ideas? Hot water? Cold? Surface cleaner? Degreaser?
I don’t know how to deal with asphalt, that said, would it be possible for you to do a test spot? Just try a little corner and see how it comes out. It’s hard to tell from the image, it just looks like sand and dirt to me.
Is it hard to remove? Looks like dirt to me. Maybe they had some muddy construction machinery parked there. Tough to tell much from a photo.
Salt? Do you have winters where you are?
