Bleach works good, and I have used acid which cleans well. What are others using?
Depends on what kind of stain… If it’s just algae or mold it would be treated totally different then if it was a rust stain or red clay stain.
Do you have true stucco up there or is it EIFS/ Dryvit?
For mold/mildew I was very impressed with Fresh Wash. It amplifies the power of sodium hypochlorite and penetrates the rough surface of EIFS/dryvit very well. If rust stains are a problem start with oxalic. Be prepared to use it on the whole surface, though.
