What are these stains!? I hit them with SC, 5% bleach, and every tip. Nothing cleans it. These are high traffic areas and near a bbq. Maybe that has something to do with it?

High traffic area at a BBQ place would likely make that grease/food waste tracked out by shoes over the course of time. Use a pump sprayer to apply some degreaser in a small area and see if it comes clean.

Did you prewet it before you applied SH
Yes. I first tried to hit it with SC. Nothing… then while it was wet (not soaked) I applied my 5% roof mix and let dwell then SC. Nothing… didn’t try degreaser though…

I dunno, if you look the darker areas are outlined by the roof overhang. If degreaser doesn’t work something else is going on there, like sealer, etc. I’m far from an expert though, just happened to notice that.
How did you apply your SH? I’d definitely try a strong degreaser on there.

Try a degreaser with some hydroxide in it. Report back. If you have heat, use it.
Ask if there was a sealant before using sodium hydroxide, if not…use a hydroxide mix
Test it first.
