Just ordered some guardiner poles from the UK. They are amazingly light. Carbon fibre and just make our own nozzle from PVC

How do you plan to utilize a pole for gutter cleaning? Is this debris clean out, or surface whitening?

Mainly to get some soap on the gutter from the ground for surface washing

The only thing about WFPs is their flexibility. I was trying to do some 2nd story gutters with mine, and I found it really hard to control, even though it’s awesome for windows. You probably won’t like to hear this, but I recommend the 30’ Unger aluminum pole. It’s heavy, but it’s only $135 on Amazon, and it has the rigidity that you need for gutter whitening. (Caveat: The Reach-It Mini is the only WFP I have used, so I can’t speak for the other brands as far as rigidity is concerned)

I thought this was for a gutter vac service. Ok. Same thing tho. Guardiner pole is one of the stiffest on the market. We can brighten gutters easily at 4-5 storeys on aggressive angles no problem.

Good to know about the Guardiner!

Here is a spreadsheet I made to compare all the models I could find out there. It didn’t attach right so I pasted it in and lost the formatting, but you might find the last number interesting (price per foot), and also the weight (number followed by #). I ended up buying the CWC 55’ himod pole and my experience is that it a great price for a very light and long pole, but it is VERY long collapsed (I’m 6’6" and its difficult use) and the customer service is very lacking (my gooseneck clamp broke and they won’t respond with repair information).
