Gave estimate yesterday where the lady walked out with a huge list. House wasnt even dirty. Started asking what chemicals ill be using and if i would also fix her sagging gutter while i wash washing etc. etc.
Shes one of those really picky people. This would normally be a $375 job. I gave her a estimate for $700. Hopefully she goes with someone else. If she doesn’t then i wipe her window seals with a rag if she wants she paid extra for it

Gave another lady a estimate on her driveway for $250 she grabbed my shoulder and said WOW. I laughed and said “higher than you expected?” She smiled and said " NO i thought it would be atleast $500" maybe my price isnt as high as i thought.
