Try this
Shitake thin sliced.
Soba noodles. Buckwheat noodles. Or ramen noodkes
Thin cut cucumbers.
Shaved carrots.
Sesame seeds.
Chives.
Wakame.
Shrimp, salad size. Marinate separate with lime
Soy sauce
Sesame oil.
… soy sauce double of sesame oil.

Mix and enjoy

Never trust someone that keeps bread in the freezer. My wife tries that and I am constantly checking the freezer and throwing it away.

Frozen bread AND hotdogs??

Her reasoning is @anon37135677 , We live an hour from any grocery store and it’s on sale sometimes, I say ,Its Wally bread dear, like a buck a loaf, probably more expensive to keep it all frozen. Then my smart mouth gets me in trouble, Hence the hot dogs…
