One happy customer, money in the bank and I learned a lot about tennis courts. Iā€™m glad I didnā€™t walk away and took this opportunity to learn. Soft washing didnā€™t clean it very well at all even at +6%. The surface cleaner did leave lines even with 300ā€™ of hose and machine idled down but was the only way to get that grime and mud out of it. It didnā€™t tear up the surface like I was afraid of.

Worse part of this job was rinsing it took forever with the 4 gpm. When a tennis court like this is built they add sand to the mix to make the court slower. The more sand the slower the court. This court must be a fast court now lol

Here is a after of half the court. I just took a leaf blower and blowed the leftover sand when I finished. Iā€™m sure if the court was newer and in better condition it wouldnā€™t of left lines. The line was from the surface cleaner taking away some color of the old fabric not dirt or mildew.

$100 tip for the job as well
