The can also till the mulch every 3 months or so to help prevent it.
Yeah, I’ve had it in my personal flowerbeds in the past. Decent stuff other than it doesn’t settle in so it can get washed away in a heavy rain. That and the color that was in my flowerbed was ugly as sin.

Yeah they’re horribly colored but that’s the price of saving the planet. One flower bed at a time.
What about removing it from stucco? I have a lot on this large commercial building and I told them they need to paint it. But now maybe there is hope? Only stucco will shred the eraser
I doubt they want to pay you your hourly rate to be out there trying to clean it with a magic eraser. You’d have to try it on stucco. It might shred it.
