I wish we had a Pressure Washing supplier in Canada that matched Pressure Tek
and some of the other pressure washing suppliers you have in the United States!
They do not exist up here. Done with my rant!

Y’all got weird bacon named after you though. Tit for tat

Yes just recently made an order with toolbarn because they were a couple $ cheaper on the Suttner gun than Pressure Tek… let’s just say I learned my lesson, 1 week and my order still hasn’t been shipped. Rookie mistake

I used tool barn last summer to order a bunch of parts. I know they had to order some of them through Karcher but it took almost a month before they were delivered. I had a few o-rings missing from my order but they ended up showing up one day…8 months later! I forgot all about them until they showed up but only because I had some o-rings on hand that I had already used.

Yea will be my first & only time ordering with them

Great experience here as well. Also, if you register your company with them, you get a little discount on the pricing, not much, but everthing adds up over time. Great bunch of highly efficient folks.

Ditto. I placed my first order with them on Monday and within no time had an email stating it had shipped and received it on Wednesday. Fastest shipping I’ve had in a while with anything. Really wanted to talk to someone instead of emailing, but they emailed and corresponded with me very quickly as well. Very impressed

I love those ST-1500’s but I would never sleep with them  I get them for $17.99 all day long, $5.50 is no big deal to a lot of people here but I buy 20 at a time and it’s over a $110 savings for me to throw away on ummmm you know

I’ve never bought one single thing from Pressure Tek. They don’t have one single thing that is not cheaper somewhere else.

I also buy from pressure Tex and they have good customer service and as always cheaper is not always better just because someone puts in a cheaper bid than you doesn’t mean he’s going to do a better job

I question that statement. Plus, Bob does not support the unions. Be careful who you buy from. Many vendors have hurt the industry to line their pockets selling reclaim equipment, or support the uamcc or pwna. Paying a nickel more to a vendor who doesn’t try top push bmp’s to your water dept is a nickel well spent

I bought from Amazon Prime to get things quicker but they’ve been of lesser quality.

Sounds like you should open a retail shop for your industry? All I hear you saying is there is an opportunity knocking haha.

Alot of us buy hoses from Canada they have a great product at a good price with United Hoses.

You’re comparing apples to oranges. We’re talking about products and not services. How many things have you bought on Ebay this year? Unbelievable customer service right??? No, you just hit a buy it now button and it’s at your door before you know it. I don’t need to talk with anybody.

I actually don’t shop any of the well known vendors other than Water Cannon. They are all too greedy so I just go around them and buy from where they buy. I just bought a pallet of hose from Suttner and put in a big order with Parker.

I agree with you, my one or two experiences with pressuretek has/have been awesome. Purchase info and shipping is super fast. I will be making my next purchase shortly.

Sent an email to PressureTek at almost 10pm last night asking a question & had a response within 5 minutes… now that’s customer service
