So I’m washing a house, pump has been running for 2-3 hours or so off and on, when I go back to start the machine the black tensioner piece blows off about 50’ into the air.
What would cause something like this to happen? Machine is ~ 6 months old, maybe 20 hours on it, and it’s garage kept. Thanks.
How old is it. Sutner had a bad batch of steel about 5 years ago that effected all their unloaders and guns. Trash in shutter valve will cause catastrophic failure sometimes.
Picked it up last November. I’ll check the numbers on the pump.
Pump number won’t help you. It was the unloader that failed. Vendors stick whatever unloader they want to on them. Stuff happens. Replace with a commercial grade one and keep washing.
Awesome. Any recommendations on something that will directly fit?
Really anything will fit but I would get a blue/green spring and an unloader block from pressuretek
