One of my larger competitors locally is affiliated with that guy in some way. SoftWash is in the company’s name and AC commented “looking good” on one of his FB before and after photos.

I reached out to Thad when I was first getting started since he was somewhat close, and never got a response from him. Messaged him on here and emailed him.

Just when I thought I was safe to change my name to Air Conditioning this guy shows up!

I have zero respect for a guy who threatens hard working small businesses with legal action over an everyday adjective and verb and some capital letters.

Especially when 95% of the people paying us have ZERO clue what it means. AC is a real dong.

In the Facebook group he happens to be in a guy posted a letter after spending 1000’s of dollars on training and supplies and then got a letter. My personal opinion is any guy that’ll do that can go eat a bag of ding dongs.
