Can anyone give me some suggestions for removing this from vinyl?
The only thing that seems to work is pressure, which is obviously a no-no, so I need to find a good solution for this problem.
I’m gonna try some F9 today, and I don’t have any One Restore, but I’ll be getting some soon. If you agitate this stuff, SOME of it come off, but stiff brush in a house is not an option I want to consider!
Jesse, almost looks like some kind of soot looking at the pictures. If it is, a butyl
based cleaner would work. Any large smoke stacks in area? Keep us posted.

It’s it soot, as there are no factories of any kind nearby. It acts like baked-on dirt. I talked to Mike at EacoChem and he recommended Cleansolv BC, so I may try that in the house next door. A brush would take it off, but I ain’t playin that game!
