Today’s Job: House Wash

Washed the clients home and driveway today. Thought I would share it with y’all. Thanks everyone for helping get my equipment setup correctly. I’ve done a few jobs already but this one turned out to be one of the dirtiest I’ve seen so far.

I like that the homeowners get to see the results immediately. Cleaning these really dirty homes/driveways/walkways have left the homeowners speechless and singing praise at the same time lol… I didn’t look too hard at the check… get to a red light and see it’s for $100 more than supposed to be. Actually went back and let them know. The wife said it was a tip :+1::exploding_head:

Nice work. Those types of houses to me are the easiest because theyre so transformative. The cleaner houses i sometimes feel like need to be super clean and might take longer actually

Thank you! This time I tried to take them from the same angles. Almost forgot too :joy::rofl:

Thank you all for the positive vibes.

Here’s the driveway I did not too long ago. No sense starting a whole new topic.

EDIT: This is one I really wanted to post treat but the customer insisted it was clean enough. Any tips on customers like that? I want to do the best job I can but I’m not gonna argue with someone who’s says “f it… it’s clean enough…”

Either dont tell them step by step or just kindly explain to them that a post treatment keeps their concrete cleaner longer. If the customers requirements lead to a less than stellar outcome I wont do the job. More than anything the end result is a reflection of your company

Pretty work on the house!

Great work! But your Kodak moments are next level. What did you use to take the photos? You definitely have an eye for photography.

Agreed about the photography. I also like the dodge trucks in the pics

I notice the handle has a male fitting. I would change to female. I believe it is a liability that the coupling on your hose could come apart if caught in the right situation. Unless you go couple less between pump and handle

That’s what I’m talking about! Love to see it!
Sometimes I get lazy and don’t take good pictures for before/afters but it’s ALWAYS worth it. I use the Layout app from Instagram to throw together quick before/afters. (Pro tip: Looks best when both pics are from the same angle)
Keep taking great photos and post them on Google, website, IG, etc regularly!

That’s exactly how I felt about it… (Almost) Made me feel like I didn’t want my name on that work lol.

Actually just iphone xs. I just try and focus the shot before taking it… No portrait mode or any of that fancy editing. But the lighting was almost perfect today so lets say that’s why they turned out so clean.

Yeah, that’s gonna change next season. I’m actually going to winterize tomorrow … It’s worked for me but you ain’t the only one to tell me to switch em. I’ll listen eventually.

We have 4 rams in my immediate friends circle… And i only have like 6 friends lol

That’s a brilliant idea… And free!

Look into creating a logo you can put on your pictures too!

I recommend PicsArt (Edit: I no longer recommend this app. They have effectively disabled the free version and are requiring a subscription starting at $12/month ) on the app store for making collages. You can upload a copy of your logo as a ‘sticker’, then add it to your collage and adjust the opacity. Makes for a nice, professional look.

Nice work, btw :+1:t2:
