Our outfit has been in business going on the 4th season and so far every thing has been going well! We have learned a lot of new things, got a lot of new connections and have had steady growth. But i still feel like there is a lot more room for growth and improvement! This year i would really like to push the limit, hire on another guy and get more into the commercial side of things (more gas stations/commercial buildings/complexes) We follow pretty much all the recommended advertising models website (which i feel like should be pulling more than it does) yard signs, mailing models etc. How did you big name guys get to the point youre at now? How did you get the opportunities to start traveling to different states for larger commercial work, get repeat contracts with big name businesses etc. I am all in and ready to dive in to whatever it takes! We are seasonal where im from and would really like to make this a year round thing as it kills me to sit home in the winter spending and not making! Looking for a good mentor to help us grow!
