Thought this would be easy

It may look prettier but it’s backwards from the way it’s intended to seal.rubber seal goes on the inside nut goes outside. This way when you tighten it the seal will stay in place.

Lol, what’s confusing about my setup?

I took some good pallets and took the 2x4 out of them and cut them to fit snug in my bed. Then painted them with some truck bed paint.

Don’t bother with changing the bulkhead…nonreason to. The 3/4 in is fine for a 4gpm machine.

im thinking ill try this out.
will run my plumbing through here and have some room to put my sh. just got random stuff in here for now.

You don’t need any sealant. Pipe tape on all of your quick connects and hose clamps on hoses to barbs.

Bulkhead, if you do replace doesn’t need sealant either.

What’s in the toolbox?

I figured that but i bought the “plumbing kit” so it came with a series of fittings so if i dont put it in ill have to go buy a new fitting.

Toolbox is taking us a lot of room. If your worried about space take that thing out. A small tool box will carry all of your tools and stuff.

No chem tank? Take out that tool box and put in a small chem tank. Even if you have to go 15 gallons or so. Drawing out of single gallons sucks and goes quick. Same with a 5 gallon bucket

Ya it was on clearance for $28 so as i normally do i bought it😂 thats not a have to have for me ill probably ditch it for now. Back seats alittle cramped

I was going to get a 15 gallon vertical tank. To run my chems from.

I can get a normal size house down with a 5 gal bucket… chem tank wud be easier though if needed more.

Edit: should have ssid 1 story house, or fairly easy 2 story… if need to mix up another batch just do so when i pull the soap tube.

If u take out the tool box and put a chem tank to the right of your buffer and move the washer closer to the buffer you’ll have plenty of room to mount reel to the bed

Everone says titan reels are genaral pump reels any good? I have alot more stuff to buy before i can drop $300 on a reel. Genarel is half that.

True…we do 3 sometime 4 houses a day ( one truck). I’d hate to have to go back to the shop and refill between every house

15 will let you do 2 houses

Bring a fiver with you and you can get three

Rick has a couple of vertical square 15 gallon tanks that would fit in my truck perfectly. Just need to find some from a dealer i guess.

I used the $100 general pump reals for my first year. Last about a 2 months before they leak. If your downstreaming you’ll get a month max out of it. Their swivels are built in and are garabage.

I use titans now, never an issue. I have stacked Hannays that I need to re wire this winter
