"The Pump Man" diaphragm pumps

Does anyone have any first hand experience with these pumps? Such as the Outlaw Jr.?

Run away as fast as possible. He scammed several people on th FB pages. Incomplete setups shipped out. Never made good on promises and just a flat out liar!

One dude did a PayPal case and won against the pump man. Bottom line is he screwed over so many people.
