Hey everyone hope everyone is well just finished and winterized everything last week and now my neighbor just came over he had a new roof put on some how the roofers got tar specs all on the vinyl he wants it washed but I was looking for something to get the tar spots off with out damaging the vinyl thanks everyone

Thanks ibs will it leave splotches like when oxidation is removed I know to do a test spot but just wondering thanks
It will leave a shiny spot that will fade in a couple of months
He doesn’t want them to do anymore work for him because they also damaged a few things and said they were not going to take care of them plus I wash the house every year so he would rather me take care of it
