Looks great except for the right hand side of the plate. Are those carrots or sweet potatoes?
Our daughter just mentioned a few days ago about wanting ribs. I already had a brisket so that went on Saturday night. My old smoker finally rusted out so just did it on the side of the grill and finished up in oven all night after I had it wrapped in paper. I know I want a wood pellet just not sure which one yet. Could be a fun winter project to build one.
