Subbing work contracts?

Had a local company call me asking if I would help them on a big job. I’ve never been asked to work with another company. Only been doing my own work. What kind of contracts and other things should be in order? I searched his company and it has minimal reviews on google, all 5 stars, but recent reviews. Not many pics. He must’ve saw one of my local online ads I am assuming.

Basically Treat the like a management company. Contract the work. Do work . Send in invoice.
Typical at a lower than usual rate. The key to working with GCs or othe companies that send you work is allowing room for them to make money. If you price it we’re there is no profit in it for them they likely will find another company. I do work for over a dozen companies that sell the job and hire is to do it. I’ve had these guys for years and do very well with them . There is always a steady flow of work from them . It would stop immediately if they didn’t make any money.

Supposedly it is approx 20 2-3 story condominiums. Never cleaned one before. Just residential homes

There’s some great posts on here about doing condos.

When doing hoa work the cleaning is the easy part. Remember the majority of the people there have no idea who you are and what your doing.
Managing traffic and keeping people free from your work zone / happens to be there house/ is the biggest hurdle. If this isn’t done correctly you can find yourself in a lawsuit quickly
