The o-ring can be omitted if you’d like lol it’s a secondary seal to the main seal. If the main seal fails it serves to keep fluid from leaking past the threads as they are parallel type and offer no sealing whatsoever.
@Agraham93 I like to error on the side of caution so you can POSSIBLY get the main seal to go another round once the check valve body is cracked open. It’s not 100% but sometimes it will allow another crush. The o-ring keeps the HP water in the area in needs to be if you don’t get the best reseal using an already crushed main seal. I hope that explains why I’ve incorporated it. But again it’s not necessary I just wanted to put my best foot forward on it so I sort of planned for less than ideal situations.

@dperez @dcbrock what chemical mix ratio do you recommend for House Washing with this injector? I’m using a 4gpm machine and on the site it says the 4gpm is pulling a 5.4:1 ratio.

Straight 12%. Mix in some surfactant. It won’t pull that strong, probably closer to 1% which IMO is ideal.
