I just wanted to drop by and share my experience with the sprayer depot. I was in search of some reels before the spring hit and i came across the sprayer depot site and found Titan reels on sales for the whole month. I ordered 3 of them last week and they arrived today! My experience with them was nothing but the best, complete step by step update on tracking, GREAT pricing and these reels are beautiful! Will be using them again for sure! Just figured i would share my pleasant experience if anybody was in the market for some new stuff!

After posting this and a quick inspection and assembly of the reels i did notice few issues, the inner shaft and fitting (where the pressure hose would thread into for the water output) is extremely loose on 2 of the reels and is causing the fitting to actually hit against the center of the reel itself and i cant figure out how to tighten it up… Also, the swivel is spinning when i wind it up causing the jumper hose that goes from the pump to the reel to tangle up when trying to wind it… Im confident that sprayer depot will explain to me how to fix it!
EDIT: Im dumb and put the swivel on backwards. Still scratching my head on why the internal shaft is loose.
I order hannay manifolds from them a few times a year. They always have them in stock and . I usually get them in a day or two.
Send them back and get some Hannah reels

Have a few hannay reels on the other truck but wanted to try out titan. Hannay is actually close to us and my father worked there for 10+ years!
Then I am at a loss as to why you would buy a sub sandard reel

I have heard good things about titan on this site. We will still use hannay in our other truck, if these dont go over well we will head back to them! Its all about trial and error, and for the price per reel it was worth a shot
