Show off your market

So I was poking around google maps looking for neighborhoods to investigate and was struck by just how large a market there is. Looking at it from a view of 20,000 ft shows just how much residential there is here in Houston. Funny thing is this view doesn’t even cover my main working area. This is all virgin ground for me.

Anyhow I’d like to see others, from around the country, show off what your market looks like.

By the way I by no means have the resources to service this entire area I’m grinding it away in my 4 mile bubble.

I dream of a small area like that. Mine is central Kansas. Wichita, Hutchinson, Great Bend, Hays, and everywhere in between. I will assume most of you have never heard of most the majority of these.

My Mom grew up in Herrington and I have cousins in Council Grove and Wichita.

Here is Hutchinson Kansas.

By the way this is the kind of home, or neighborhood, I was looking for. Long driveway, one story, dirty roofs. Need a test market for my new roof equipment. My local market is dominated by two story non walkable roofs. Not the kind of home I want to learn on.

Here’s my little slice of heaven.

I’ve spent a lot of time in your area on wind farms!

We have a ton of good working neighborhoods throughout the Charleston area. The good thing with my situation is im centrally located and just about everything is within a 20 minute drive for me.

@charlestonwashing Matt our map doesent look that impressive without these numbers !..lol…it always makes me feel better about the fact that there at like 100 pressure washing companies in our area!!.. and half of those are $99 guys or complete hacks.

Do you ever get to Sullivans Island? Just curious. My brother is the water and wastewater Supt. there. You may have met him if you ever needed to fill from a hydrant.
