Roof system gobbledygook

Been reading a good amount on roof systems so I can integrate it, in my services… here’s where im at lol…
So Ive come to learn that you can’t downstream a roof or xjet one; thanks to some of the pros on here like IBS and racer and a few others. So here’s what I’m thinking. I was thinking of getting a roof pump from Bob, and running a simple line in from the tank and a line out to my roof reel. Is this ideal or not ? I see that some people will splice in a line from their water supply but is that really needed ? Is it perfectly fine to just pre mix your roof mix in a 35 gal tank and run that mix right straight onto the roof ? It’s my understanding that a roof mix is generally way hotter than anything you can downstream. So as long as it’s effective, I plan to just put the desired amount of sh with the desired amount of water into the tank and run it straight up through the pump and onto the roof. Thoughts ?

You’d prolly need a larger tank for roofs. On average I use at least 40gallons of mix per roof. And yes u don’t need to have a water line but u need to have a way to rinse the pump to extend its life. Good luck.
