I guess I want to know if I should keep it away from any gas tanks. Not so much water and SH but gas tanks!?

#1… Don’t hook the roof pump to that lawn mower battery, you know better than that. Get a deep cycle marine battery to power the roof pump. You can run leads from one of your other machines to the marine battery to keep it charged.
I would mount the pump as close as I could to the chem tank.
Titan reel is what we use, stainless steel manifold won’t rust, we run chem through the reel.
Got ours mounted on the left side of the trailer facing out (not back) so when we pull up to the home the reel is facing the home.
