Review software give away!

My friend Jon is giving away his review tool for a free trial in the new group he created on facebook. Join and check it out! Your reviews are your online word of mouth! Remember this is coming from an ex-pressure washing owner. I personally use it and i close jobs on my reviews alone. It’s definitely worth it!

I love spam and eggs. Not so much this kinda spam

I just never understood paying someone for a platform to get reviews when Google, Angie’s list, and Facebook are free.

But you’re right, you can close jobs on your reviews.

Yummy

You can ask your customers for reviews all the time but most of the time they don’t get around to it, but this technology allows you to text and email them after the job is done. It almost guarantees the review.

You mean like this? Copied and pasted out of my notepad?

And when they say yes I send links also copied and pasted out of my notepad.

And the Housecall Pro automated email when I mark a job as finished requesting a review with links?

You and I would agree that reviews are worth their weight in gold, but I just don’t you should pay to get them. Unless of course you Just Don’t have the 4.62 seconds after a job to copy and paste a text template.

Maybe if you’ve got 5-6 trucks and you’re trying to keep up with all of them, but… if you’ve got three machines and part timers or an owner/operator you should probably save your money. Just my personal opinion. What do I know?

I only see one review on google and one on FB for space coast pressure washing. Where are they driving your reviews?

You aren’t wrong, if that works for you awesome!

I don’t use housecall pro, so I am unfamiliar with that.

there is a company with a similar name in my area. make sure you are not looking at space coast pressure washing pros. I am just Space Coast Pressure Washing

Here are all my reviews. Been up here less than a year.

12 on google. Are they driving your reviews there? I saw something about Mr. Pipeline and 39 reviews?

How many customers are finding you on Mr. Pipeline?

Those go straight to my website, Mr. Pipeline is my marketing company.

Many of the same arguments could be used against HomeAdvisor… just saying :smirk:

If I wasn’t already so busy, I would outsource my review acquisition process to up the number of reviews I have. Trying to get reviews by just asking for them, and even sending a link in a text, has been like pulling teeth. I’m sure my customers would love to leave a review (many say they will), but they’re all so busy that if I don’t make it dead simple for them and have a great followup system, then most of them will forget about it.

Exactly, the best part of this system is it gives 3 follow ups, so once I’ve entered the information it is taken care of. I believe it’s worth the money!

There are a total of 5 reviews for my company that I have ever found online. I prefer not to service customers who find me on the internet

Touché. I’m watching some videos and reading online reviews from their employees so I may not be with HomeAdvisor much longer.
