Weird, all the Bdubs in my area look just as bad. Have hit up everyone and not a single taker. One location, the GM even told me he does it himself. Was really hard to not comment back to him. I will never understand how a restaurant can look like that on the outside and think it is not going to affect business? Want to look old, dingy, dirty and downright uninviting - completely ignore your exterior all in the name of saving a few hundred dollars a month. I feel this is both self-liquidating as well as a simple cost of doing business, just like landscaping.

@CFH thatâs the exact same way that I think I have literally been after them for six months maybe eight months ⌠and they wanted a one-time cleaning price I couldnât talk him into monthly service or even every 6 months⌠but now since he sent the pictures to somebody and upper management of before and after it looks like weâre going to be doing the other local one in the next month or so and theyâre talking about seeing if they can set it up to have us do all the ones within about a 2 hour and drive of here⌠itâs all about curb appeal man doesnât matter what business youâre in if youâre in apartment and condos and your place doesnât look like nice from the street people arenât going to stop, if youâre in the restaurant business and your place is dirty on the outside why would you eat there imagine how dirty it is on the inside places you canât see, itâs kind of how I feel about my pressure washing trucks if theyâre all beat up and gross looking thatâs your first line of attack is what people see you driving around⌠if they donât know somebody that you used your service before and have no idea what you can do they just have to go off the professionalism of your vehicle⌠curb appeal curb appeal curb appeal⌠and thatâs what we sell

I think the best decision Iâve made in this business is scaling down to part time. I donât know how or what is happening, but Iâm on pace to make almost as much money as last year except Iâm working half as hard. Itâs voodoo so far as I can understand it.
Iâm just busy enough. Itâs kinda like winning the time lottery.

Youâre probably right. Iâve spent more time working out, hiking, traveling, etc than I have since I was in the Navy 11+ years ago.
The Medicine Woman owns the highest rated massage therapy practice in, Parkville, one of my strongholds (tons of high end HOAs). She charges the highest prices in her area too. Makes for more free time.
Itâs been a lot of fun doing fun stuff with another like minded person. Thatâs been helpful too in hitting reset.

Iâve done IT work at a number of restaurants. Most kitchens and bars tend to be filthy.

Must be voodoo. Are you just picking high end jobs and turning down low end ones? Wife needs me home more and might have to give up washing
