Removing Smoke from stucco? SH?
I have a client with a beige balcony but its black from all the summer bbq’ing, she needs to get it cleaned before her landlord comes in for the yearly inspection… Will some SH mix clean it up?
A good degreaser should do the trick.

What Jason said…be sure to dilute…add a little brushing, rinse and you’re good to go…Note…F13 will work also
F-13 is my go to cleaner for smoke.

I like EBC and I use to use it, but it got expensive real quick…
It may be a little more, but mix 2 cups EBC, 1/2 glln SH in a 2 gallon pump up sprayer … Spray on , rinse with water hose

Hey thanks for the old answer for my new question but how long would you let it dwell? I don’t want to damage the customers paint and I have never used degreaser on stucco.
Guy hasn’t been around since last year and that was just to pop in.
But @Chesebro is so maybe he’ll chime in with what he ended up doing…if he remembers from five years ago! Lol
