Hi first post ive been reading a lot on this site and fb groups. Im based in utah and will be giving this a shot in the summer as a side gig. Ill mainly be trying flat work and concrete sealing.

And a hotsy with the honda gx690.
I think i will give the power line industries a try first. 325 gallon buffer tank 3 titan hose reels and hoses little big guy surface cleaner etc. Ive looked into soft wash setups but havent picked one yet.
In utah we dont have algea or moss growth. But we use a lot of salt for ice and snow. So my first question after surface cleaning would post treating with SH in a low humidity area still help with any striping from a surface cleaner?
Second question i dont think house washing would be a big market but im sure ill have some requests. Would water and surfactant be the best route for cleaning dust off homes? Also businesses close to roads also look like they get a little salt on the brick and stone and i havent found any info for best way to clean salt off of buildings.
