Have any of you used a 50/50 mix of water and white vinegar ,to clean colored paver stones? Could I possibly use on tile as well?

No. This forum is for professional power washers. You won’t find any home remedies here. Use sodium hypochlorite and/or a surface cleaner to clean pavers.
