Just rub some jb weld on the shaft and put it back together. Then run it before the jb sets up. It should fill in the rough spots and run like new!

If you look closely you’ll see the JB weld from my previous fix still holding perfectly to the crank like it should. Proof of how good that stuff is NASA style right there
