Pump issues

It had air in the manifold, you don’t need to force feed it all you really gotta do is turn it on and let hose pressure hose drain out freely no gun just open hose… It will burp the system. That what I thought was happening per my previous post

Gear drive and belt drive work the same they both draw water, just different drive systems ones belts and ones gears. Enjoy!

Thanks again for all your help!

Wait you didn’t actually plumb and expect to get the maximum flow out of your pump did you?

I don’t understand your question. Yes it was plumbed, No I wasn’t getting max volume or pressure. The guy at Udor says he has seen that happen before. Apparently sometimes the packing can stick after sitting in a warehouse for a long time. Force feeding it helps the intervals free up. I think that’s what it was.

If the pump is spinning at 1450 rpm it will get the rated volume of the pump. Just not the psi.

Get rid of all of those qc fittings to start with. They are not helping you and you don’t need them. Second that hose that is riding on the outside of the trailer is going to bust if you leave it there. Third after you take all those qc out of the equation then do your bucket test with hose not going though the swivel and report back to us with a video of bucket test

Thanks, everything is working well.
