Customer wants the whole exterior washed down and deck and railings cleaned. What would you price?
Jay, You may want to wait on that project till you get more experience. (A lot more) I would even consider walking away. Is that wood siding? The deck and the building going to be a big PIA because of the pond. You’re not going to be able to use SH on that part. I’d be at $2500 on just the deck work. If that’s wood siding it’s going to lose about 1/3 - 1/2 it’s color when you clean it. If it’s metal, then won’t be too bad, but you may end up having to brush most of it. Only way I’d touch that was if they were cleaning to re-paint, if wood. I’d do a test spot before I gave them a quote.
The reason that place looks like that is because no one will wash it…

The pond is not an issue because they are in the process of draining and filling in, building will be repainted soon, and deck too.
