You need to be able to explain to him the difference between pressure washing and soft washing. He is definitely assuming your going to be PW his stucco and is worried about too much pressure ripping off the stucco. Explain soft washing to him and the negligible impact on the siding and he will like it. Use an Xjet to do the work unless you have a good proportioner system setup.
Also test your Xjet setup at home first to know what your chemical draw will be before using it at someones house. Just fill up a 5 gallon bucket with water and one thats empty. Draw water off the full bucket using the XJet suction and discharge into the empty bucket. Once the empty bucket is full, turn the system off and measure how much water got pulled out of the 5 gallon bucket. If its 0.5 gallons gone from the bucket then you know you are applying 0.5/4.5 or roughly 10% from the xjet. The percentages pulled are different for different GPM/PSI/Xjet tips.
Even a small electric PW can blow away stucco at close range with a red tip and a 11GPM PW can feel like no pressure at 10 feet away with a black tip. Its all in how you use the tools.
That house not very dirty. Strong hw mix downstreamed, like almost straight SH with just a little water and surfactant. With your machine you’re probably pulling 10-1 DS so you’re going to be right at 1% net on your mix. But test your injector so you’ll know. But realize and you need to explain to him that a lot of that stain on his deck going to lighten up, even if you prewet it. It may need to be restained.
