If its your first job then use it to figure out your rates. Measure square footage with measuring wheel. Looks like its about 1500 sqft. Bid the job low (assuming its your first job to figure out your rates) around 300$- 400$. Then carefully track all of your time for the job.

My excel for bidding is essentially.
Miles/travel time from shop.
Equipment amortization per job: roughly 40$
Setup time on site. roughly 20$
Cost per sqft x sqft you measured. 20 cents x 1500 sqft =300$
Chemicals you plan on using if any

Add it all up and add taxes.

Keep detailed track of all your times to figure out your numbers and make your own excel sheet.

That’s looks like more then 1500sqft to me.
Without knowing exact sqft, just going off one I just priced at 3100sqft for $680…pull it up on Google Earth and get the sqft

I’d say around 450. No one is gonna pay more then $500 to get there personal cement clean

@Antoine so your gonna say if someone spent $400,000 and up on their home they won’t pay more than $500 to have their driveway cleaned when their yard looks that good? Bet they spend more than $500 on the yard a month…

In my area, that is $250…2000sq ft @ .125 per sq ft.

Thank you so much good guys! Your feedback has been very helpful! I’ll def work on a way to calculate pricing! Very nice suggestions!

Same for me. I would be at 250, maybe 300.

You guys were a tremendous help, I got the job!

Now I know exactly how to price Surface Cleaning!

But how do you guys go about pricing something like this? This gentleman wants his house and deck cleaned. He claims I’ll need an electric Pressure washer, but couldn’t I just use a certain tip or X-jet? I only have a 3600 psi 4gpm washer He was mentioning that I have to be careful with the “stucco”

How do you estimate pricing for washing a home? Surface cleaning is a piece of cake now thanks to you guys suggestions!
