Pesticide Rig and surface cleaning

I’m inheriting a pesticide spray rig. I’ve seen it in action for powerspraying homes and looks like it will work for housewash applications. My question is will this pump power a surface cleaner appropriately because the max psi is 150 per specs. I’m looking at sub $100 14-15" surface cleaners.

Short story is I can’t pick up and test this equipment for a few weeks. Will this pump power a surface cleaner tool with the following specs? Thanks in advance.

  • Max flow: 7 gpm
  • Max pressure: 150 psi
  • Max rpm: 2600
  • Port sizes: 3/4" FNPT
  • Pump shaft rotation: CW
  • Housing: Cast iron
  • Rotor: Cast iron
  • Roller material: Super rollers standard, Poly and Teflon® available
  • Roller quantity: 4
  • Shaft seals: Viton® standard, Buna available
  • Shaft: 5/8" solid stainless steel
  • Max fluid temperature: 140°F
  • Weight: 5 lbs

Negative on the surface cleaner. Not even close.

No way. You need a minimum of 2500 psi for a surface cleaner, preferably more.
