Anyone ever do a whole parking structure? Floor, ceiling plus pipes and some walls. How did you price that? I’m talking floor sq is 500k

I’ve done big jobs for them before. I never said I don’t know to price it. I’m asking what other ppl have charged for a 500k sf parking structure.

When that big you really can’t bid by sqft as it will be very expensive at least that is what I have found. If possible try to get them to let you do a free sample and base your hourly price from that. The big things to look for are waster water flow, gum, and fresh water source
