Just making sure, customer wants his house washed and it has a fair amount of mildew, would housewash mix take care of this?
Paint has a little oxidation but he’s not worried about that.
Adjust % mix as required, looks like it will need a fresh coat of paint afterwards to make it look good though.

You’ll be fine! May have to hit it a couple of times but it’ll clean up. Get some before & after pics.
We had one a month back… an old farm house the client said was light grey but turned out white as the sheep’s wool.
Regular HW will do it, no problem.
