No Before?

Nope.

Now this is how it’s supposed to go.

Thing was filthy. 2nd one of the day.

One question, my downstream injector started back siphoning? into my 5 galling bucket, causing it to water down my mix and overflow. Any thoughts?

Spring is shot

Ok, thank you. I’ll just get a new one.

Wow @Jordie looks great what was your mix and application process?

Thanks man.

Hit with straight Zep purple from 5 gal bucket and deck brush. Had a gal of bleach in there too. Probably dwelled for close to an hour with extra down streaming.

Downsteamed r202 2x. It’s not the best but i have a ton of it. Clearly clean xtreme is better. Sodium carbonate vs. Sodium hydroxide. Didn’t help that my injector was watering down my mix.

No post or pretreat because i was strapped for time but I’ve been doing that since reading more about it recently and it really does wonders on entry ways. Even just pretreat.

If you look at the asphalt, you’ll see the filth.

If spring is not broken you can stretch the spring out enough to stop the back flow & get a little more time out of the injector

Cool. Thank you💪

I was looking at the asphalt. Hopefully you chased that away some down to a drain.

Yes and no.

Yes, in that I rinsed the pad forever and about 2 feet out, so there was a stream running down.

No, in that i wasn’t super diligent about it.

Power washed 2 Wendy’s today and cleaned 3 Wendy’s windows today. 14 hour day and i leave for ATL tomorrow. Excuses, excuses…:sleepy:

Chasing dirty water can be a major time suck on commercial, but it needs to be done.

Will give you an A on the concrete though.

You guys have fun in Atlanta.

I definitely know the value of doing it and am usually more thorough, 6 to eight feet. It will just end up back on the pad again. It gets done monthly, so ill have to get it next time.

Just a stone’s throw from SC…

Yep, only 2 hours from my house. But I’ve got to go get paid for flogging around a new BMW M5 at a track up in NY for a few days.

@Jordie You surfaced cleaned too right? How come you used Zep purple and then r202? Thanks man

Yes on surface cleaned.

I hit the really bad spots with straight Zep and scrubbed into a beautiful brown foam. There were a lot of pitch black spots of oil from the dumpster trucks. Downstreaming anything wouldnt touch it. Have to hit with straight.

Then I downstreamed the rest with the r202. Downstreaming the Zep wouldn’t give a strong enough application.

Had I had Nubrite, that would have been used instead of the Zep.

Thanks @Jordie the pad came out great . Did you use hot or cold water?

Hot water.
